受朋友之托,為他的公司翻譯了一篇東西(純幫忙,完全免費)。完成時,已經是午夜時分。想想干脆把原文和我的英譯文放在博客上,大家一起挑挑刺。既然已經完成,不妨讓它來經歷一下大家挑剔的眼光,共同研究吧。 特別鳴謝:喜歡經常搬家的昂立口譯新同事, Stella 青瓷是我國傳統國瓷,從商周的原始青瓷,到唐代“南青北白”,青瓷的技藝在宋代達到顛峰。宋代五大名窯“汝、官、哥、鈞、定”,先后都以燒制青瓷而成為宮廷瓷器,形成官窯青瓷的流派;而民間青瓷也是異常繁榮,以北方的耀州窯和南方的龍泉窯為代表,形成獨特風格的民窯青瓷的流派。 青瓷之所以在中國受推崇,是因為青瓷與玉石類似,它的成色成分和構成物質均與玉石相似,是以氧化鐵為主要著色成分,而質地是屬于間于陶與瓷之間的“炻器”狀態,也就是常說的火石器。 中國傳統文化自古崇尚君子如玉,而青瓷因其玉質感的釉色,歷來受到文人雅客的推崇。拙正齋采用傳統手工制瓷的工藝,嚴格按照官窯青瓷的流程和標準,燒制仿宋官窯和汝窯青瓷器,作品曾先后被上海博物館和南京博物館收藏,并經過國內古陶瓷專家朱伯謙先生鑒定為仿宋官窯極品。 本套組為仿宋官窯粉青釉曲壺套組,釉色為南宋官窯常用的粉青釉,1300度高溫燒制,兩次燒成。造型模仿紫砂工藝大師汪寅仙的代表作——曲壺,壺把與壺身組成幾何曲線造型,簡潔質樸,工藝難度很高,雅致不凡。 拙正齋受邀愛德萬測試(蘇州)有限公司于2007年11月承制 Celadon, a classical Chinese porcelain with its prototype first emerged as early as Shang Dynasty, gained the equal fame with white porcelain in Tang Dynasty. The skills in celadon designing and firing were consummated in Song Dynasty due to the contributions from five celebrated imperial kilns – Ru, Guan, Ge, Jun and Ding. With five imperial kilns paying tributes to the royal court with their fine celadon products, several plebeian kilns, best represented by Yaozhou kiln in North China and Longquan kiln in the south, also prospered with their unique designs in celadon making. Celadon has long been highly appraised in China mainly due to its similarity with jade in coloring and composition. It is mainly colored with ferric oxides and its hardness is somewhere between china and porcelain, so it is usually classified as a type of stone ware. Since jade always represents noble character in Chinese traditional culture, and celadon enjoys so much similarity with jade in hardness and glazed coloring, it is not surprising that celadon has long been favored by Chinese scholars and aristocrats. Zhuo Zheng Zhai, renowned with its fine imitations of celadon products of Imperial Ru kiln of Song Dynasty, is distinguished with its strict observation of procedures and standards of the ancient kilns. Its celadon works, some of which were collected by Shanghai Museum and Nanjing Museum, were highly appraised by Mr. Zhu Boqian, a celebrated connoisseur on antique porcelain and china. This tea set with a curved kettle is an imitation of imperial kilns’ celadon works in Song Dynasty. Colored with cyan glaze(traditional coloring of ancient imperial kilns), it was fired twice with the high temperature of up to 1,300℃. And its shape is a copy of Quhu, a masterpiece by Wang Yinxian, who was the master of purple granulated kettles in China. With its handle and body harmoniously integrated into a beautiful curve, the kettle, remarkable with the complexity and delicacy in the process of making, fully expresses the philosophy of simplicity and elegancy.
