為了醒目起見,標志的每個字母可以用大寫NOTICE(但如發出通知的單位以首字母大寫形式出現在通知的標志之上,則也要首字母大寫形式Notice),并常寫在正文上方的正中位置。 口頭通知的開頭往往有稱呼語(被通知的對象),如:“Boys and girls”,“Ladies and gentlemen”,“Comrades and friends”等,或用提醒聽眾注意的語句,如“Attention,please!”“Your attention,please!”“May I have your attention,please?”等,且最好有結束語,如:“Thank you(for listening)”以示禮貌. Vocabulary: Take place 發生,舉行 Put off 延遲,延誤 Royal 皇家的 Permit 允許
