1.declare (v) 宣布=state, announce, proclaim, predicate…

2.suggest (v)建議=advise, propose, vote, recommend, persuade…

3.advocate (v) 宣傳= advertise, publicize, propagate, broadcast…

Example：We should advocate a more frugallifestyle so as to reduce the growing scale of waste pollution.

4.implement (v) 執行=enforce, fulfill, execute, conduct, exercise,facilitate…

Example：Implement your plans with courage and persistence.

5.imply (v)表明=indicate, forecast, implicate, hint, suggest…

Example：In our personal world, it may imply the steady and consistent cultivation of long-term relationships.

6.harmful (a)有害的=destructive, detrimental, deleterious, dangerous,noxious…

Example：Food fraud, like other fraud, plays a harmful role,because it directly threatens the health and safety of consumers.

7.wonderful (a)精彩的=fabulous, spectacular, marvelous, splendid,extraordinary, incredible, remarkable…

Example：In the White Sea nature reserve for white whales onecan swim with these

wonderful creatures or even touch them.

8.emotional (a)感人的=touching, impressive, sensational, affecting,sentimental…

Example：This is an emotional spectacle, for crowds of peoplestand on the shore watching the lanterns drifting away until they can be seen no more.

9.abundant (a)豐富的=ample, plentiful, fruitful, teeming, fertile, lavish,prolific…

Example：With its economies of scale and abundant labor, Chinais hoping to gain an edge in what promises to be a lucrative new industry.

10.terrible (a)糟糕的=horrible, awful, appalling, detestable, outrageous…

Example：Being lonely is terrible. Today, if you have someone who loves you, you have something more valuable than wealth.

11.various (a)多樣的=multiple, miscellaneous, diverse, assorted…

Example：he friendship between the peoples of the two countrieshas been strengthened throughvarious means.

12.beautiful (a)美麗的=picturesque, idyllic, attractive, scenic, agreeable,gorgeous, exquisite, …

Example：It was an attractive hope that the high technology ofour society might be wrested from the grip of benighted forces and used torestore us to an beautiful natural state.

13.diligent (a)勤勞的=hardworking, industrious, studious, sedulous….

Example：There are plenty of good bosses who want enthusiasticand diligent people to work for them.

14.generous(a)慷慨的=tolerant, liberal, bighearted, gracious…

Example：Americans are generous and strong and decent, notbecause we believe in ourselves, but because we hold beliefs beyond ourselves.

15.warm-hearted (a)有愛心的=hospitable, charitable, benevolent, kind, sympathetic…

Example：During my time in China I've had many friends tell methat I'm already "half Chinese"; I have always taken this as a warm-hearted compliment.
